Post Guard AI: A Smarter, Cleaner Inbox

Post Guard AI uses advanced artificial intelligence to classify and organize the emails in your inbox so you see what matters and spend less time deleting what doesn't. From newsletters and promotions to spam and threats, it helps keep clutter out of your way.

How It Works

After you securely connect your email account, Post Guard AI continuously monitors your inbox. When a message is identified as low priority or unwanted, it is automatically moved to a user-designated folder. You remain in control at all times: if you want to receive messages from a specific sender, simply drag the email back to your inbox this action whitelists the sender's domain so future emails go straight to you.

What We Classify

Post Guard AI classifies messages into intuitive categories, including:

  • Safe Email
  • Newsletter
  • Promotional
  • Advertising
  • Selling a Product or Service
  • Spam
  • Virus Detected
  • Unknown (if a classification cannot be confidently determined)

Once a message is classified, Post Guard AI follows your personal preferences—for example, releasing it to your inbox or routing it to your Promotions folder.

Privacy & Security You Can Trust

  • No training on your data: Email content read by the AI is never used to train models.
  • No message storage: We do not store your email content. We retain only the message ID to prevent processing the same message twice.
  • Strong protection: Your usernames and passwords are encrypted in our databases. Security is a core priority, and we treat your information with the utmost care and confidentiality.
  • Multi-factor authentication: User accounts support TOTP-based multi-factor authentication (MFA), compatible with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Authy — adding an extra layer of protection beyond your password.

Always Improving

Post Guard AI is continuously enhanced with new features and refinements as we find better ways to help you manage email effortlessly.

Free yourself from inbox clutter—keep only the messages you want to see, exactly where you want to see them.
