Email Metadata
We process email messages to classify them into categories (e.g., Safe Email, Newsletter, Promotional, Spam). We retain only the message ID to prevent duplicate processing. We do not store the content of your emails.
Usage Data
We may automatically collect certain information when you access the service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed. This information is used to maintain and improve the service.

3. AI and Email Processing
Post Guard AI uses artificial intelligence to classify email messages. Email content processed by the AI is never used to train models. Classification is performed in real time, and no email body content is retained after processing.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Your IMAP credentials (usernames and passwords) are encrypted in our databases. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. Email message IDs and classification statistics are retained to prevent duplicate processing and to provide you with usage reports. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:
